Description

Even though this piece looks simple, it's actually the most complex overall manipulation I've ever done, and I'm really, really happy with it. There was no one stock that fit the image I had in my mind, I wanted a horse *out in the ocean* looking *back* at an island, and there really isn't much available from stock artists like, from the middle of the ocean, so I had to make this from a lotttttt of different stock pieces. I don't think I've ever worked on a project like this, where it came together and I enjoyed it so, so much. There was very little headache with this, just a lot of time and patience. Of course, once I had all the background stock blended perfectly together, I had to go and blur it because the perspective looked awful without it. :') I probably could have been less perfectionistic, but still, it was really good practice, and really cathartic to do!
I let Spirit, Stallion of the Cimarron play in the background while I made this, and I looped a few of my favorite tracks from it towards the end- hence the name. ;)

This was a really very personal piece for me to do, and it has a lot of personal symbolism for me. I would still love any feedback or critiques though, I have missed making manipulations so much, and I miss the community here! :heart: I'm always open to any suggestions for improvement.
